Ingredients
    Bottom of the pot
  • 4 Chicken thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Thyme
  • 1 teaspoon Parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • Crisping Tray
  • 6 Tenderstem Broccoli
  • 1 Onion (quartered)
  • 6 Baby Tomato
  • 1 Pepper (sliced)
Instructions
    Bottom of the Pot
    1. Rub the chicken with the spices of your choice.
    2. Place the chicken on the bottom tray of the Ninja Speedi.
  1. Crisping Tray
    1. Add the chopped vegetables to the crisping tray and drizzle with good olive oil. Stir to combine.
    2. Add the sliced lemon, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to the vegetables and stir to combine.
  2. Cooking Instructions
    1. Switch the Ninja Speedi to air fry mode at 200°C.
    2. Place the crisping tray with the vegetables on top of the bottom tray with the chicken.
    3. Close the lid and cook for 15 minutes.
    4. Switch the trays around (chicken to top, vegetables to bottom) and continue to cook until the chicken reaches 75°C.
    5. Remove the chicken from the Speedi and keep it warm.
    6. Continue to cook the vegetables until they are nicely charred.
    7. Serve the chicken and vegetables together and enjoy!
